Have a question about in-home care?

Who is eligible for in-home care support?

NDIS participants with funding under Core Supports or Assistance with Daily Living are eligible for in-home care. If you’re unsure about your plan, we’re happy to help review your funding and explore your options.

Will I always have the same support worker?

Consistency matters. Where possible, we match participants with regular support workers who suit their personality, communication style, and routine. This helps build trust and ensures a more comfortable, supportive experience every time you head out into the community.

How often can I receive in-home support?

That depends on your NDIS plan and your goals. We support participants from a few hours a week to daily, ongoing care. Your schedule is built around your needs, and we’ll help you make the most of your funding.

Can I choose what tasks I receive help with?

Yes. In-home care is highly personalised. Whether it’s assistance with personal care, cooking, domestic tasks, or even attending appointments, we’ll tailor your supports to suit your goals, comfort, and independence.

How do health professionals refer patients to your services?

Referrals can be made directly by support coordinators, GPs, case managers, or allied health professionals. Our intake team works closely with referrers to understand the participant’s goals, support needs, and preferences to ensure a smooth transition into services. Simply get in touch and we’ll guide the process.

How do you work with families and carers to keep them involved?

We keep families and carers informed and involved every step of the way, from initial planning to day-to-day updates. We believe good care is a team effort, and we work closely with your support network to ensure everyone is aligned and supported.

Do you provide transport?

Yes! If transport is part of your NDIS plan, our support team can help with getting to appointments, running errands, or attending local activities. We’ll ensure travel is safe, supported, and stress-free.

How do I get started with accessing support through you?

Simply reach out to us! We’ll schedule an initial consultation to understand your needs, review your NDIS plan, and discuss the best services for you. From there, we’ll support you through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and stress-free transition into care.
