Custom Care in name and nature

We believe that NDIS support should be personal, not just procedural. Too often, participants are treated like numbers. We’re here to change that.

Raising the standard of care across the Hunter & Central Coast

We provide Supported Independent Living (SIL), Community Access, In-Home Care, and Short-Term Accommodation (STA/MTA & Respite), all designed to give participants the freedom to live life on their own terms while receiving the support they need. Whether it’s finding the right home, maintaining independence, or staying connected with the community, we work closely with families, carers, and health professionals to ensure a seamless, personalised experience.

Raising the standard of care – for real

We know saying “we’re raising the standard” sounds like a cliché, but for us, it’s a genuine commitment, not just a tagline.

The reality is, too many NDIS participants are treated like numbers, and we refuse to be part of that cycle. We challenge outdated industry norms by focusing on real, personalised care, where participants have choice, control, and a home that feels like theirs.

With a hands-on approach, ongoing staff development, and full transparency, we’re not just talking about better care, we’re delivering it, one participant at a time.

Great care requires trust, transparency, and real collaboration – we keep families involved with open communication and genuine partnership every step of the way.

FAQ

What makes you different from other NDIS providers?

We go beyond the minimum standards of care, offering a truly participant-led approach that prioritises independence, choice, and dignity. Our focus is on creating homes, not facilities, ensuring each participant receives personalised, high-quality support tailored to their unique needs. Transparency, trust, and exceeding industry standards are at the heart of everything we do.

What areas do you provide services in?

We are based in the Hunter (Newcastle) Region and are expanding across the Central Coast and beyond. If you’re unsure whether we service your area, get in touch—we’re always looking for ways to support more participants.

Who can access your services, and how do I know if I’m eligible?

Our services are available to NDIS participants with approved funding for Supported Independent Living (SIL), Community Access, In-Home Care, or Short-Term Accommodation (STA/MTA & Respite). If you’re unsure about your eligibility, we can review your NDIS plan and guide you through the process.

How do you ensure personalised care for each participant?

Every participant is unique, and so is their care. We take the time to understand your goals, preferences, and daily routines, tailoring our support to match your lifestyle. Whether it’s choosing support workers, structuring daily activities, or setting long-term goals, your needs always come first.

How do you work with families and carers to keep them involved?

We believe in open and transparent communication with families and carers. Regular updates, collaborative care planning, and ongoing feedback ensure that everyone involved stays informed and supported. We work together to provide the best possible experience for participants.

What qualifications and training do your support workers have?

Our team consists of qualified, experienced, and compassionate support workers. They undergo regular training, including NDIS compliance, first aid, medication management, and disability-specific support. We also provide ongoing professional development to ensure they deliver the highest standard of care.

How do health professionals refer participants to your services?

Health professionals, support coordinators, and case managers can refer participants directly by contacting us via phone or email. We’ll work collaboratively to assess participant needs and ensure a smooth transition into our services.
