Families stay informed, participants feel empowered, and health professionals trust us to deliver quality and custom care that raises the standard for SIL.

FAQ

What types of support services do you offer?

We provide a range of NDIS-approved services, including Supported Independent Living (SIL), Community Access, In-Home Care, and Short-Term Accommodation (STA, MTA, & Respite). Each service is designed to support participants in living independently while receiving personalised care tailored to their needs.

How does Supported Independent Living (SIL) work?

SIL provides a supportive home environment where participants live independently with assistance from trained support workers. Support is available 24/7 (or as needed) and includes help with daily tasks, personal care, meal preparation, and community involvement, all while promoting independence and choice.

What is included in your Community Access services?

Community Access focuses on helping participants engage with their local community, build social connections, and develop life skills. This includes assistance with outings, attending appointments, joining social groups, participating in recreational activities, and working towards personal goals.

How does In-Home Care support participants in their daily lives?

Our In-Home Care services provide personalised support to participants in their own homes. This may include help with personal care, household tasks, meal preparation, medication management, and companionship, allowing individuals to maintain independence in a comfortable and familiar setting.

What’s the difference between STA and MTA?

• Short-Term Accommodation (STA) is designed for temporary stays, offering participants a supportive environment when they need a break or extra care outside their usual home. It includes accommodation, meals, and support for daily activities.

• Medium-Term Accommodation (MTA) is intended for transitional housing, typically lasting up to 90 days. It provides a stable place to live while participants wait for permanent housing solutions, such as SIL or specialist disability accommodation.

How do I know which service is right for me or my loved one?

Our team can help assess your needs and match you with the most suitable support service. Whether you need ongoing assistance, community engagement, or temporary accommodation, we’ll guide you through your options and find the best fit based on your NDIS plan and personal goals.

Can services be tailored to individual needs and preferences?

Yes! We believe in a participant-first approach, meaning all our services are personalised to align with individual needs, routines, and preferences. Whether it’s choosing support workers, daily schedules, or types of activities, we work with you to create a plan that suits your lifestyle.

How do I get started with accessing support through you?

Simply reach out to us! We’ll schedule an initial consultation to understand your needs, review your NDIS plan, and discuss the best services for you. From there, we’ll support you through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and stress-free transition into care.
