We Are Officially A Registered NDIS Provider

We’re incredibly excited to announce that Custom Care & Accommodation is now officially registered as an NDIS provider.

This milestone means we can now offer registered support services across Australia. This is a massive step forward in our mission to provide personalised, high-quality care to those who need it most.

We wouldn’t be here without the exceptional support of our staff and community. We’re proud of this achievement and look forward to continuing to empower our participants and make lasting impacts.

Becoming a registered NDIS provider reflects our commitment to raising the standard of care and creating more opportunities for participants and their families. Registration not only demonstrates that we meet the strict quality and safeguarding requirements set by the NDIS, but also reinforces our dedication to transparency, trust, and participant-first support.

A word from our founder

“Today marks an incredibly special moment for us – we have officially received our NDIS registration.

This isn’t just a milestone for the business; it’s something deeply personal. It represents a year of hard work, persistence, and belief in what we’re building, a service grounded in compassion, integrity, and a genuine commitment to the people we support.

There have been moments along the way where the process felt overwhelming, where the obstacles seemed too big, but the vision never wavered. To now be recognised as a registered NDIS provider is more than a tick in a box, It’s validation of the values we stand for, the care we provide, and the team of people who have stood beside me to make it all possible.

Thank you to everyone who believed in this journey, who supported us through the hard days, and who continues to give their all to make a difference in the lives of others. This is just the beginning, and I can’t wait to see where we go from here.”

– Jay Richard, Founder & Director.

Delivering more for Hunter and Central Coast NDIS Participants

For participants, this means even greater peace of mind, knowing the services they receive are backed by nationally recognised standards. For families and carers, it provides assurance that their loved ones are supported by a team that values choice, independence, and dignity above all else.

From Supported Independent Living and Community Access to In-Home Care and Short-Term Accommodation, we’re here to provide flexible options that truly fit the individual. No two participants are the same, which is why our approach has always been personal, collaborative, and centred on what matters most to each individual.

Striving for a better future

As we move forward, our focus remains clear: creating homes, not facilities; empowering lives, not just meeting needs; and building stronger connections within the communities we serve.

We’re excited for the road ahead and the opportunity to work with even more participants, families, and professionals who share our vision of care done differently.
